Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when registration fees for SHUNYA events can be refunded.

If we cancel an event

If SHUNYA cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee to your original payment method.

If you cancel

Participant-initiated cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund if requested at least 7 days before the event date, subject to a processing deduction. Cancellations closer to the event are generally non-refundable, as slots and arrangements are confirmed in advance.

How to request

Email contact@imshunya.com with your Registration ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
