By registering for a SHUNYA event, you agree to these terms.

Registration & eligibility

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. You must provide accurate information; we may cancel registrations with false details.

Conduct

Participants are expected to follow event rules and the directions of organisers and officials. We may remove anyone for unsafe or abusive behaviour without refund.

Changes & cancellation

We may change the schedule, venue, or format of an event where necessary, and will notify registered participants. If we cancel an event, our refund policy applies.

Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, SHUNYA is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.
